Newbie Looking To Build A Team For Rei
Hello everyone
I find this site to be very informative. I need help with finding a good real estate attorney, and general contractor in the NY area. There is a forclosure in the Bronx that I am looking into rehabbing. Here's what I would do, try to find your local REIA, I know there has to be one in your area. Talk to EVERYONE about lawyers and contractors, guaranteed you will get more than you need.
If not, then try to find your local landlord assocation and starting talking with someone there.
