Newbie Looking For Properties In NY NJ And CT

I am a newbie looking for wholesale properties in NY NJ and/or CT for rehab/flip. Ideally I would like a seller finance deal with a low down paymt. Looking to invest late Nov. early Dec. please advise if you have any properties that meet these requirements. Any birdogs in these areas please also feel free to reply
