Newbie Landlord With A ?
I am gonna rent out a house to a nice older family. The rent is $550/ month. The kitchen needs new tile and cabinets. The husband is a handy man. What is fair as far as security desposit? What about a pet deposit? How much is fair to take off for him to install tile and cabinets in the kitchen? Any input is appreciated.
