Newbie Investor Needs Mentor In NYC Area
Hi,
I am a newbie and am interested in purchasing wholesale properties with seller financing in NYC, NJ, CT area for rehab and rent or resale. Looking for a mentor to guide first few deals. Willing to work out a suitable deal to compensate for your time. Mentor would need to be able to assist with identifying suitable properties that meet the above requirements and be on alert for any potential pitfalls.
Just an observation, but I noticed that most of the requests for mentors go unanswered. Is there a reason why? If I were an experienced investor and someone needed a mentor I would be happy to help. You never know when that "newbie" who you mentored and is not so new anymore might just have a deal that's not right for them and that's perfect for you. In any case, I was just wandering, is it because most experienced investors don't have the time or is it some other reason. If anyone cares to shed some light on this for me I would appreciate it.
