Newbie in NoVA

Hi all! New to the site (which is great!) - pretty new to RE. Looking for a mentor in the area (Northern VA). I have been finding potentials but lacking (or feel like I'm lacking) the knowledge to creatively structure these deals. Interested in wholesale to get my feet wet. Thanks for reading! .....Robin

I am also a newbie in NOVA, been doind RE investing for about 7 months. I just wanted to say there are many good RE clubs in our area. Also wanted to warn you about the "mentoring programs" out there. Just be careful! Some people seem very sucessfull in RE but in reality is their mentoring programs the root of their "sucess". If you know what I mean!

But anyway if you have further questions dont hesitate to contact me.

Do you other NOVA newbies/freshmen (heck and anyone else) want to get together before the next NOVACashflow meeting in July? I'm in Fairfax City and I saw some of you were in Vienna and Falls Church. Would love to bounce some ideas around and share some leads/contacts. Email me directly if interested and we can set up a Sat or Sun afternoon for coffee somewhere!
