Newbie In NJ
I am a newbie living in NJ looking at two markets to invest in MH. SC the first state because I know it can be done there. But my question is I want to look into NJ but I just do not know if it is a good investing method here. Has anybody had any success in NJ and if is so any information that you willing to share will be greatly appreciated.

can you provide a little more info about investing in MH. I live in NY and never even thought about this as an investment alternative. How do you find the dealers that you get the notes from? Any info that you are willing to share would be helpful or you can PM me. Thanks.
