Newbie Here , Buying 6-plexes
i have a builder who will build me 2 six plexes for the cost of 790,000 each. After researching the rent would
be a low of 800.00 to a high of 975.00 per unit.
i have about 600k for a down.do i have eneogh down payment ? should i just buy one? my income is good 300k year. and my credit score is 780
any help will be very appreacited
