Hi,
Depending on what you would like to do in REI, meaning what do you want invest in, single family homes, multi-units, commercial apartments, etc. The legal ramifications sometimes differ on what you want to do but I would say get in good with a RE lawyer, mortgage broker, RE agent, banker, etc, and network to everyone you can because there are allot of good people out there that know allot of people which can help you out even more.
