Newb Money Ideas
Hi all,
I would like to know if any of you have any ideas to make about a steady $2k per month (my living expenses), while I learn the REI business. I am looking at my career as long term, so I am not looking to get rich quick. Just 2k per month, while I work hard and learn, and build my r.e. portfolio.
Well tell us a little more about you. Do you have any cash and/or credit to work with. No reason you couldn't do $2,000 a month on flips and bird-dogs if you were working at it full time.
I know, that wasn't what you wanted, you wanted a salary. Maybe property management.
actually, it is exactly what I wanted. I am definitely not looking for a salary. I am good at finding bank owned properties that are about to get boarded up, and I work for a co. that does general rehab repairs. That is why I find the properties. Thanks for the prompt answer!
