hello everyone iam new to the site. Iam an investor in nj. Ive been doing rehabs for the last three years. It's been great, but the market has been nuts-meaning the prices are crazy. Iam looking to get into pre-foreclosures, tax sales anything to buy the house at a discount. Anyone any advice thanks.
