New to Wholesaling!
Hi everybody, I have been impressed by the quality of information on this site. Great comments. I'm a senior Business major at ASU and have recently become very interested in wholesaling in the phoenix area. Does anybody have any words of wisdom to share? What strategies of finding properties at a discount were the most effective? etc. Thanks in advance!

Glad to meet you.
I did creative real estate investing in PHX for many years, it is a very good market to wholesale in even though I do 'Subject To' investing I would not discount the wholesale method.
I did the Las Vegas market weekdays and the Phoenix market on weekends. I understand they have a REI club there you might look into joining and meeting other investors in your area.
Welcome on board this board, of course posting and asking questions here at TCI will keep you well informed about real estate investing.
