My husband and I are new to this.....you have spoken with my husband a few times. I have a question for you, is there a website where you can check info on properties. Or do we have to go to the Courthouse.

I don't know which John you are referring to in your post, but you can go to www.propertyappraiser.com and there is a drop down box with all the counties property appraiser's websites in Florida. I see you are in Oviedo, FL, you can access the courthouse information online in Seminole and Orange county. You can even view images of the documents...
