New to the site
Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the site. I have decided to start my real estate business birddogging because of my lack of experience and lack of funds. Can anyone give me a list of a few books that can assist me with getting started.

If you are looking for beginning investment information, there are plenty of resources in the TCI shop. Also, along the way, I came across a very informative book. This book stuck with the information and left most of the motivational material out. The book is titled 'Real Estate Finance and Investment Manual' written by Jack Cummings. Gives you all of the basic information you really need before going in depth into more creative financing techniques.
