New To The Game
Hello, My husband and myself are very new to this game. We have found an investor to help us out in the beginning until we build up enough cash to buy on our own. See we had to file chapter 7 and it was discharged in November of last year. Before and after the ch. 7 our credit was wonderful. Any suggestions on how to obtain preforclosures? I have tried sending out numerous letters but have gotten no response. I feel like banging my head again a wall
