New To Investing, Had A Couple Important Questions.

1. Does anyone know, on average, how long it takes a land owner to pay off their tax lien that I would buy?

2. Most states have sales only yearly near me, how and where can I reinvest my investment if it is redeamed before the year is up?

Lastly, can I buy these online a any time during year? Where?
Thank you for your expert advice, I appreciate any help you can give.

    If you are facing a federal tax lien most likely the lender will want this issue cleared.

    Getting lending for a Newly established LLC with no credit history or limited credit history will be most difficult, as they will most likely require a personal guarantee.

    Been there with an LLC. They want 2 years of tax returns from the LLC before loaning $. I had to personally guarantee the loan (basically a joint loan), which is okay for now, but I eventually want the LLC to be self-sufficient.

    How will you form an LLC without your name on it? The only way I know is to have a trust to be the principal, and you get into hefty legal maneuvering with trusts.
