New to game
Hey all, I'm new to the investor game and could use all the advice out there. I've bought three houses, refabed and sold but i've been buying retail price!! I've made some good money but you guys seem to have a better way. Currently I'm looking into hud and va homes. I strictly want to refab and sell for now.
