New To Foreclosures
I am seeking assistance in finding out how to get started in purchasing foreclosures. I live in Philadelphia, Pa and I am interested in learning how to go about getting reliable listings and individuals to contact to purchase foreclosed properties.

This is the best place to start.
Click the "Forums" tab at the top of the page, then search. Type in the keywords of your question, and you should find relevant threads.
Second, click "Shop" at the top of the page, and buy something related to what you want to learn.
Those would be the best two ways to learn. The questions you ask are too vague.

Real estate in general is a broad topic. Even Creative Real Estate is a broad subject because of the numerous ways to buy with creative financing.
If you dont have a good handle on real instate investing in general, start there. The key from there is to specialize in a couple focused areas (short sales / sub-to, etc) and become a top producers by using your specialized knowledge and tenacity!
