New to Bird-dogging, but I want to learn
Hey, I'm into real estate investing. I recently purchased a home for myself (I'm 20) and bought a rental condo at 23,500 that is appraised at 30,000 and is renting for 450+/month. I live in Oklahoma. Anybody wanna explain the basics of bird-dogging please do so. Also, if you'd like a bird-dogger, or just a good deal in Oklahoma City I have one currently that I've found. Thanks. - Nathan Oathout
