New Orleans Property
I own a high and dry Gingerbread Double in the Magazine and Napoleon area of town. It was built in 1892 and has charm. It is a 4 room double shotgun wth 1500 sq ft. Each side rents for $750. I am considering selling the property for a 1031 exchange. Does anyone have an idea of how much this property could sell for? I live in SoCal and do not have pulse on the New Orleans market since hurricane Katrina altered the city. Roberto 46
