    Yolanda,

    Glad to meet you.

I thought I had seen about everything a person could post, however these investors in Maryland are really tough hiring a contractor and the business is good.

I won't ask what they use a contractor for, however if it is to find leads, maybe you could tell us what type of properties your investors are looking for, then we can narrow it down to the direction you should look in.

thank you, but the help that i'm looking for is for me, not for my costumers.

    Yolanda,

OK, I saw you were a wholesaler in your profile and you were posting in the Subject To forum.

You are looking for properties for yourself, this makes sense now, I will move your post in the correct forum, no problem.

lawn signs are great! cheap and easy to replace until the city starts sending you certified letters (hopefully after you have plenty of leads).

I personally keep an eye on the legal papers and try to catch someone home - I always try to drop in on a few neighbors as this has led to a few opportunities for me.

You will find mail and flyers might provide 1 strong lead out of every $100 you spend - save you money and just start talking to people. $200 in lawn signs on major streets should be more that enough for you to get started.
