New Michigan REI Group
Just wanted to thank the TCI gods for putting on the groups tab! I've been thinking about starting a group here in my little part Michigan and they gave me the push to actually do it! I think this is a great way to network with other area investors. If there isn't a group in your area this is a great way to start one. I've made many valuable connections already and we haven't even had our first meeting! Just wondering if anyone else felt the same and would like to express their appreciation??? I think alot of us take this site for granted and just wanted to create a place for people to express their gratitude.

I just sent you an e-mail through your group's page. I am interested in your REI group. We would like to get into buying under market value properties - i.e. bank-onwed, foreclosures, HUD, etc. and re-selling them at whatever the market will bear. At first without rehabbing, but eventually getting into distressed properties that can be rehabbed, as my husband is a carpenter. Please contact me ASAP if you think this might fit with your group. We are also interested in hooking up with an honest investor for mentoring and./or bird dogging to really learn the ropes. Thanks!
