New In Birddogging
Can someone give me some info, on just getting out there I have invested in. all the seminars and I still have not got started. In my area alone houses are being loss by the dozens even my neighbors homes.. but I get cold feet as which way to handle this business. please help.

Pay attention to the latest legislation in your state...new laws are being added to protect the homeowner in distress that can change the way real estate investors do business.
Look at the current archives for more info.
