New England

Im looking for input from anyone that has expierence investing in New England, preferably in either NH or MA. Since the fall of interest rates property values have sky rocketed to the point it is extremley hard to determine the true fair market value of homes. Its scary to think that when the interests rates return normal the value of homes ( which are inflated as is ) will decrease, leaving alot of new home owners with little to no equity and very few options if they need to sell. I'm looking to possibly network with investors in New England and to share ideas with for a potential partnership.
Looking for feedback
Thanks

Hey Wayne...Same boat here as well.
I have this strange gut feeling that even if the interest rates go back up to 10% the housing $$ is not going to drop much. I think (don't ask why), but housing is now at it lowest price you will be able to get it at for a long time to come!!!

People are buying homes left and right and at prices that are so over inflated it makes you want to puke. People are buying these homes and almost seem to have a "COMFORT" level paying what they are paying...and real estate owners know that and will continue to charge top dollar for years to come even if interst rates go up a few points. IMHO.
