I was just aproached by a hard money person who told me that because he owned the whole 20 acres and no one else in the area did that he would have to break it up in to smaller amounts to get me financed. I can hardly believe that with the property in the area going for 17,500 per acre an apprais cant be given!!! So I would have to let this deal escape because it is too good? Why not app the acreage at 17.5 per acre and assess the home with the market value in the area? Am I crazy?
