Hey there! I am a newbie in Seattle and would like to start as a bird dog. I have read all the books the library has to offer! I have already started to search for properties in the Seattle area. I am young with no money (not going to let that little detail get in the way.) but I am dedicated and willing to learn. I am serious and will not waste your time!
