Hi guys and gals; Things are slow because all my contacts are going on vacation. Everyone is working Bankers hours because of X-max. Hi chirs: The market is really tight, and I think most investors are keeping the deals to them selves or maybe thier small network. Heh. Just my opinion.
You can still find deals if you plug into the right people. But it is a real good market.
