Anyone have a template? Tried HUD 1 but unsure what areas need to be filled out? Thanks
The majority of mortgagees considering a short sale will require that an estimated HUD 1 accompany the Short Sale Application, and Proposal. Complete as much as you know. Your title agent should be able to provide you with typical (for your area) Seller's costs. Don't forget to include any judgments/liens which must be satisfied before title can pass. (this is where many deals fall apart)
