Negotiations
Well, No one replied to my last topic on where to begin, SO I took it upon myself to begin in buying notes. I have a mailing ready to go out to local title companies asking them for names and addresses of seller financed properties, in return I will be giving them the titling business. I am in need of a sample agreement between myself and the titling company, and how should I go about negotiations with these companies? ANY suggestions would be most welcome!
