Need To Know About Forms
I'm wanting to get into L/O & "subject to" buying and selling. What kind of forms do I need & where can I get them. I live in North Carolina if that makes a difference. Any advice about this topic would be appreciated. 
You could purchase John Locke's Subject To manual for $150 and it expains everything you need.
Not Sure If John Lockes Book Works.....
