Need Some Advice
I have an area that is filled with vacant commercial properties and owners
that are so greedy that they will not part with the properties unless they
get their asking price.
How would a person go about making a deal that would be appealing to these people but not get the short end of stick?
Sorry I have no details other than building descriptions and what I have got from RE Agents (the owners are greedy, and are asking more than FMV).

As an investor, it is important to deal with modivated sellers. This doesn't seem like much of a deal here...
