Need Some Advice
I sold a mobile home to a buyer on a conditional sales contract, which keeps the title of the mobile home in my name until paid in full. Buyer is behind two months on payments and no where to be found. Is the eviction route ok to take or should it be done through foreclosure? Thanks.
If it were a house, foreclosure would be necessary since the buyer has an equity interest. But a mobile home is treated like a car, I understand. Just repo it?
