Need Some Advice ASAP
Hello, I have a property that I would like to lease to own or straight out purchase. I owner wants 5000 down and 764.00 a month. I get a tenant who is ready to move in who is on SECTION 8 PRogram. but I am an employee at a Housing Authority inTexas. How can I work out this deal with Landlord and tenant on SEC. 8 program. To put this on sec. 8 I would have to have a special warranty deed, general warranty deed, trustee deed , or somthing like that. How can I get this on a lease to own deal. please help. COULD I DO A CONTRACT FOR DEED?
