Need serious INV IMMED!!
I am in a rather interesting predicament which could turn out to be a great opportunity for the right person. I would have gone through more "normal" channels, however, I do not have the time and my options are running out.
The details:
I jointly owned a piece of property with my x-husband. It was appraised between $1 - $1.2 million. My x declared bankruptcy. Despite my efforts to get the house back, the property was auctioned last Thursday. My attorneys were able to negotiate with the courts to give me a 10 day first right of refusal.
The property sold for $597,000. Unfortunately, my investor pulled out on Friday because of unforeseen circumstances.
The excellent real estate agent I've been working with is confident that she has buyers that would buy it for between $880,000 - $920,000 within the next 90 days.
I was hoping for a simultaneous close but the buyers do not have their financing ready.
The bottom line is: I need an investor with $600,000 to back me in exchange for some of the profit.
It is very important for me and my family to get what we can from this property to start over. And if someone is willing to move fast, it could end up a win/win situation for both of us.
Does ANYONE know of ANYONE who would be willing to finance this very quickly in exchange for some of the profit when it is sold?
I have until this Friday, May 2 to meet the terms of the contract which are $60,000 down and 30 days to close.
If you want to get in on this, let me know what percentage of the profit you would do it for.
