Can anyone tell me how to get the pre foreclosure list in South Carolina. Not sure where to start.

Here in Oakland County Michigan, we have a legal news paper that lists all the up coming foreclosures in the county. I just called around to the local news paper companies and they gave me the number. I beleive the county court building

go to www.greenvilleonline.com and click on foreclosures. this list is for greenville county foreclosure properties only.

I know here in CT, it varies by county. I go to the town hall and search all public real estate records by date. You can limit the search to notices of default, foreclosures, etc.. It's free, but takes quite a bit of time. There's got to be a better way!!
