Need NOO Letter
Just getting started and want to mail out of state absentee owners. I've got my list from a title company so that's no problem. I'm getting hung up on cards vs letters. I can see doing mass card mailings to local homeowners but feel more attention should be paid to out of state owners because they are probably better prospects. Or as long as they read it, does card vs letter even matter?
Any thoughts on how to mail them? Anyone have a successful letter to share?
