NEED MOTIVATION!
Hey all,
Getting discouraged... talk me down people, say it is so...It CAN happen!
How about a motivational forum with qoutes and inspiration for those who feel hopelessly lost in this thing called: Creative Real Estate Investing"
If any group can do this, you guys can.

You can definitely make it happen. It sure gets discouraging for all of us from time to time. I know it gets really tough to keep motivating yourself day in and day out when things aren’t happing. Many of the great accomplishments such as the light bulb and automobile took years and thousands of failures before they finally worked. The key is not giving up. Things probably are not much better in the 9-5 life; companies are downsizing or going bankrupt everyday. Send me a private e-mail and I would be happy to recommend a few motivational books and audiotapes. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
