need lendor for fixer upper cleveland
I have dilema. I found REO asking 95k. The city is strict and says 40k violations. My contracter says 15k max to fix. If I can get the house at 80k and put 20k in max.. The house will sell at 120k minimum.. I have 20k I can charge for repairs, but I need 40k in escrow.. Any suggestions
