Need Investors /Buyers
Hi All
My name is Manny and im out in New York. I am looking for investors /Buyers for flip dealS on pre-foreclosures, foreclosures and rehab property in the ny area. I look for deals in brooklyn ny, queens ny, and in the Long island where im at nassau and suffolk at 30-70 cents on the dollar.
Looking for a investor to finance the deals and i'll give return on money of 15-18% within 60-90 days terms. or for flips for those that wish to close the deal and repair and sale the properties themselves.. I can work either way I'll ask for a 10-15 commission on the flips. I just need investors so we can all make great deals and money together..
