Need Investor Help

I've got a ton of cheap foreclosures, that are in good condition with no strings attached, but I am having trouble finding investors to assign conract ****Must Reach Freshman Investor status before posting URL's*** only look to make 10% profit for the finders fee which isnt much compared to the potential selling price of the ****Must Reach Freshman Investor status before posting URL's*** would sell it myself but am not comfortable with all the legal hassle of that yet, advice anyone? confused

    Why do they keep talking about url's in my posting? I didn't put a url or any kind of contact info in my posting, what the !!!!

    You have to actually put a space between your period and the next word to stop the url codes from appearing.

    As far as finding investors

    Go to your local area REIA and promote your deals (If you have them under contract).

    Run some ads in the local papers. "investors wanted" "handyman specials" "good return on investment" time ads.

    If you are buying foreclosures from HUD you will not be able to change the contract that you sign without it going back to HUD for approval. You may need to get a qualified buyers list. This way when you come across the property you will be able to let them know that there is one available in the area they want. That is what I do.
