hell-o my name is matthew and i am just starting out and wandering what is the best coure or book to buy that would be down to earth and get me started, i have little money and not the best credit, i am intereted in lease options.. any help you could give me would be great thank-you for your help,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, matt
Wow! There a literally hundreds of books.
Before spending ANY money on books, courses, boot camps, etc. that are highly marketed, just go to your local library. They will have on hand a least a dozen books that you can check out for FREE. Just ask the librarian where the real estate section is.
I think as your begin reading these, you will get more direction in what you are interested in and want to pursue.
