Which state in texas before a house is foreclosed on a notice is posted in the court 21 days prior to the auction. All deeds are recorded by county clerk and and may be looked at by anyone who is intereted by going to county clerks office.
From what I understand in some states the liens or sold as tax certificated to interested investors.
