Need Help
I am new to real estate investing and I just finished my first rehabb. I have a buyer that is ready to purchase the property we cannot close because I cannot obtain the receipt of the deed recording in my name from the titke company that I bought the rehabb from.(it took me 2mths to do the rehabb) they keep telling me that they are waiting for the receipt from their abstractor, and if I do not get the receipt I can not close with my buyer cos they cannot obtain title insurance. is there any way I can get this situation resolved cos I am about to lose my buyers?. thank you :cry:
