Need Help With Assignment Of Purchase And Sale Agreement
I currently have a property that I am picking up for 60k. The ARV is 125k. I want to add 5k and give the contract to this investor I found. Could someone assist me on how these things work, etc. The property is located in lodi, CA.
I know I have to get a purchase contract to the seller for 60k correct? Then do I find an assignment of sale agreement and fill it out stating i am giving all rights to my investor for 65k? Do I send both of them to title? Will my investor know how much I picked up the property for?
