Hi, bit of a tacky' header there, but I have a potential buyer for a junker and I need to see a completeted 're purchase contract' as a guide to completing mine with my seller.
I will then take it to my attorney.
If you can e mail me one with 'john doe' and 'mary blogs' as seller and buyer,and a hyopthetical price and " & OR ASSIGNS" clause in it, I'd be happy to pay for your assistance once I close my deal.

Curly save some money and use the residental purchase and sale contracts used by realtors in your area. Alternatively, your attorney should have form books of real estate forms approved by your state's bar. If he doesn't then go by the law library at your nearest courthouse or law school and get a copy. These would be state specific and better than using generic purchase forms. If you still want to send me a "gift", Omaha Steaks would do quite nicely.
