Need Help On Deal With Otp Vs Wdtt

I have recently purchase a house subject to from an owner in foreclosure.

What I didn't know is, the owner had signed some paperwork with another investor a few days ago. She told me this today. Nothing had been filed at the court house as of 3/3. So today just after I filed my warranty deed to turstee, she tells me this other investor is calling and threatening her with eviction, and the sherrif with throw her and her stuff out, and coming over, and calling her ex-husband from 10 years ago. She didn't know what she signed and he wouldn't give her copies of it.

So I called the investor, and he told me he had gotten an option to purchase signed by her a few weeks ago. He was very nasty but said he would seek legal remedy.

Is the wdtt null and void? The woman doesn't have any copies, did not understand what she signed and is scared to death she will be evicted before she moves, or that the sherrif will come and lock up her house.

Any help???
