Need Help In Note Flipping
Hi all
I have found a very nice 3br 2ba house in the Stl Louis Mo area, The owners are wanting to rent to own the house but the payments are too high(895mo) I was thinking if anyone is interested in maybe buying the home for me and I will make payments to you. I dont have good credit but I do have a very good track record of paying on time with present landlords and local car dealerships. I also make pretty decent income. I am so tired of throwing my money away in rents. Would appreciate any help
