I'm trying to help a single mother save her home in Illinois. She's got a sheriff sale 3/18/04 on her property. It's a duplex. She is 50k behind due to illness/job loss. all my investors want 65-70% LTV. Her's is 84% . I don't want anything for it I just want to help her.
