NEED HELP IN ILLINOIS...
I'm a new rookie starting out and need some assistants in having my deals closed. Since my funds are very low, I just want to know if someone can direct me to an title company that will close my deals for assigning my contracts to rehabbers? Does it make an difference if I use rehabbers/buyers title company? I'm not trying to hind my assigning fee, so would this be an problem?
