Need Help In Dallas Area
I've got a little ol' lady in Johnson County who is getting her wobblybox repo'd. She owns the land or is making payments. I don't know enough about the wobblybox biz to help mitigate her case - any takers?

I failed to mention that she is on a fixed income and has no place to go if she is booted out.
Time is of the essence here.

wobblybox ?? what the heck ..ok I get it. Give us some more info, does she have a mortgage on the em *cough* wobblybox ?
In what State is Johnson County?
We need to know:
- Loan Balance
- Property + wobblybox value = ?
- Date wobblybox was manufactured
- Who the lender is
- How far behind is she?
- Property taxes
Many lenders have pulled out of wobblybox financing due to title issues in about 24 states, so this could be a big problem.
Why did she fall behind?
I had one client like her, on fixed income, in a real old wobblybox that had been well maintained, but was build before 1976. No one would touch the deal.
I don't mean to be cruel, but I told her to see an attorney about a bankruptcy. It would really help her cash-flow and help her keep a place to live. It would write off all her revolving debt, reschedule her truck payment and save the trailer.
Some fixed-income citizens have no other choice. Its sad.
cpifer,
Are you planning on working this deal, or ae you just trying to help her out? Also, Decisionman is right, you need to get much more info and then someone should be able to help. Guud luck and I'll follow this one.
I have no interest in this deal but to help this gal out. I don't wanna be in the wobblybox biz right now. She called on one of my ads.
I'm going to talk with her today and I'll get all the specs. Thanks Doodz and Doodettes.
