Need Help From Experienced Investor, Will Share Profit!

I'm working on a short sale with Countrywide but am not having much success. Foreclosure auction is 1/9/04 and they are not willing to postpone. I sent them a well-organized short sale package with pictures and estimates and they claimed the application was incomplete because I didn't have specific concrete proof of the reason why they became delinquent. It became delinquent 6 years ago and I have handwritten letters from the homeowners but no concrete evidence of what they claim because it was so many years ago. The person is unemployed now anyway, so what does it matter six years ago.

They also claim their policy is to not consider short sales if a house is in bankruptcy. So not sure how to buy time, since the auction is in two weeks.

I am hoping to find a "guru" or expert that does lots of short sales with countrywide and knows the people there and can get past their administrative policies to get this deal done.

If you can help get it done, I am willing to pay you a fee if I am successful in closing the deal. HELP!!!!! I don't want to let this one slip away. Please check my info and email me. The phone is a voicemail only so please leave me your number if you call.
